Try before you buy
You can build a demo agent from your hotel's website and talk to it for free, before you pay anything.
Monthly subscription
- You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for. You will not be charged again.
- We do not refund a month that has already started.
Setup fee (one time)
- If you cancel before your agent goes live, you get the setup fee back in full. Your agent is live once it answers guests on at least one of the channels: your website chat, WhatsApp or the phone number.
- Once your agent is live, the setup fee is not refundable.
Additional call minutes
Minutes beyond those included in your plan ($0.25 per minute) are billed for use that already took place and are not refundable.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Write to [email protected] with your hotel's name and the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.
Your rights under the law
hotelsbot.ai is sold to businesses. If the law gives you further rights to cancel or to a refund, for example under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, this policy does not limit them.
