Accessibility statement
Last updated: 3 November 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use hotelsbot.ai: our website, the demo, the website chat we install for hotels and the hotel management page. We aim to meet the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, and we test against WCAG 2.1 AA.
What we have done
- The pages work with a keyboard: every link, button and form field can be reached with Tab, and the focus is clearly visible.
- Text and buttons meet the AA contrast ratio in light and dark mode, and the pages follow the system dark mode setting.
- Buttons and tap targets are at least 44 pixels, and the pages work at 200% zoom and on phones without sideways scrolling.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels that screen readers announce, and set their language and direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right).
- Moving parts respect the "reduce motion" setting.
- The website chat can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader, sets the direction of each message by its language, and guests can type instead of speaking or speak instead of typing.
- Guests can reach the hotel by phone, WhatsApp or the website chat, and ask for a person at the hotel at any time.
Known limitations
- Live voice conversations in the browser depend on the browser's microphone support; guests who cannot use them can type or call.
- Answers are written by an AI agent. They are short and plain, but we cannot guarantee every answer is easy to read.
- Pages and content that hotels or other services supply (for example a hotel's own website or booking engine) are outside our control.
If you find a page or feature that is hard to use, please tell us. We will answer within 5 business days and offer another way to get the same service in the meantime.
